How do I return faulty or damaged item(s)?

Complete the on-line Contact Form, or contact the CL Customer Service team +61 1300 762 166 or +61 3 9684 4600. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation number (RA).

  1. You must obtain an RA number immediately upon receipt of any goods to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
  2. Your return order will be collected by an authorised agent of Corporate Express on behalf of Closed Loop.
  3. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
  4. Only returned goods sent via an authorised agent of Corporate Express on behalf of Closed Loop will be accepted for credits and/or replacement.
  5. Goods must be returned within 21 days of invoice date.
  6. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) upon receipt of your goods.

How can I exchange an item(s)?

If you would like to exchange colour, size or style, please follow the same instructions as above, indicating your new requirements. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is accepted by CL, CL will credit your account and re-charge you for the exchanged stock. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - IMPORTANT!

  1. All returns must have an RA number.
  2. Returns must be received by CL within seven (7) business days of the RA number being issued.
  3. Replacement product will only be shipped after the returned item(s) have been received by CL.
  4. Any item returned to CL without a RA number will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.
  5. Freight will be charged at the standard rate, please refer to our postage and handling page.
