Introduction

1. Customers must read and accept CL's "Terms and Conditions of Trade for Online Orders" these are available from the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section of our website http://store.closedloop.com.au or by contacting us on +61 3 9684 4600. Customers may then browse through CL's online product catalogue;
2. Customers wishing to make an online purchase may do so as an unregistered user by credit card payment or alternatively may apply to become a registered CL online customer (this only needs to be done once).
3. The registration process involves completing an online form via the website http://store.closedloop.com.au. CL reserves the right to approve or decline any application and nominate trading terms. If an application is accepted, CL shall issue the customer with a secure username and password; in cases where CL declines an application, the applicant shall be notified via the email address nominated within the application process.
4. Customers who wish to purchase products simply follow the online instructions and submit an order to CL;
5. CL either sends notification that the order has been accepted or notifies the customer of any necessary variations;
6. Payment for goods is made via online credit card transactions; unless the Customer is already a Customer of CL and has credit terms in place;
7. Orders are processed by CL and goods are delivered by Corporate Express (CL's warehousing & logistics provider) to the nominated delivery destination;
8. There are some limitations on a Customer's ability to return or exchange goods so Customer's must ensure they read the terms and conditions carefully.
9. All transactions and amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
